Amanda - Receptionist
Amanda job-shares the role of reception, working Mondays and Wednesdays.
While Amanda is new to the permanent role at reception, she has been a familiar face at Morrinsville Community House for a couple of years, running our Community Christmas Parcel Project and in the role of Community Connector during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Julie - Manager
I am the manager at Community House. I place importance on building and nurturing relationships. I have a passion for supporting families to achieve their hopes and dreams. I hold a Bachelor of Applied Social Science (Counselling), Post Graduate Certificate in Advanced Relationship & Family Counselling.

Lee-Anne - Counsellor
I have experience working with children, adolescents, young people and their families/whānau. Being able to step into a child or young person’s world and sit alongside them and their family/whānau is a privilege and a passion that underpins the work we do together. I am a member of NZCCA and hold a certificate in Social Services and a Bachelor of Applied Social Science (Counselling).
Karina - Counsellor
My passion is working holistically using Narrative Therapy and Person-Centred practice. You are the best person to know how to make change, I am the guide that will support you, with your knowledge and my skills we will strengthen whānau relationships to grow and thrive within our community. I hold a Bachelor of Counselling and Social Work, and I am a member of MNZAC.
Maria - Counsellor & Social Worker

I call it ‘Healing Through Kōrero’. I am registered with SWRB and NZAC.
Roslyn - Community Partnership Developer
Roz works part time and is responsible for establishing and developing relationships in the community. This includes relationships to develop new services for the community as well as securing funding for projects and operating costs. She has a BMS(Hons) from Waikato University and a passion for working with charities.
