We offer counselling services for a wide range of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, grief and trauma. Funding may be available to pay for your sessions depending on your individual circumstances.
How to be Referred
If you receive a referral through your GP you may be eligible to receive free counselling sessions. Ask your GP to refer you to the local Primary Mental Health Co-ordinator. The Primary Mental Health Co-ordinator will meet with you and will refer you to a service which will then be paid for by the government.
If you refer yourself to us directly we will be able to provide you with counselling services but you may be required to pay for the sessions.
For self-referrals simply drop in to see us or give us a call on 07 889 5355.
