Bev has been with Morrinsville Community House for over 10 years. A dedicated employee she can answer queries on just about anything!


Julie - Manager

I am the manager at Community House. I hold a Bachelor of Applied Social Science (Counselling), Post Graduate Certificate in Advanced Relationship & Family Counselling. I place importance on building and nurturing relationships. I have a passion for supporting families to achieve their hopes and dreams.

Vicky - Counsellor & Family Support Work

I am a member of the NZAC and hold a Bachelor of Applied Social Science (Counselling) and have experience working with youth and adults of all ages. I wish to honour people's values, beliefs, culture, and the communities within which they live and love being able to support people so they can find ways to make a difference in their lives as they journey towards more preferred ways of living. 


Phil - Counsellor

I am a member of the NZAC and hold a Diploma of Counselling. I have a background working with family violence, general counselling, and drug and alcohol counselling. I like my work because I see people as important—more important than things. I enjoy helping people.

Kristina - Counsellor

I am a provisional member of the NZAC and hold a Paetahi Tumu Korero (Bachelor of Counselling). I have a focus on Person-Centred Therapy and a background in financial mentoring and budget advice. I love counselling and feel privileged to hear people’s stories, each one different and unique.
 


Brenda - Counsellor

I am a student affiliated member of the NZCCA currently studying towards a Bachelor of Applied Social Science (Counselling). I work with individuals, young people and families. I also provide wider support to whānau who may need more practical assistance. I have a passion for educating whānau collectives. When a collective is making positive changes the ripple effect can take place and we start to impact the worlds of many people. 


Roslyn - Community Partnership Developer

Picture
Roz works part time (2 days a week) and is responsible for establishing and developing relationships in the community. This includes relationships to develop new services for the community as well as securing funding for projects and operating costs. She has a BMS(Hons) from Waikato University and a passion for working with charities.
